From 21 to 23 April 2027, the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in Kyiv will host GastroDays, an exhibition of gastronomic solutions for professionals in the out-of-home food industry. This spring, the event will take place alongside WorldFood Ukraine and Agro2Food, bringing together three key sectors of the food market under one roof: the restaurant industry, food retail and food manufacturing.

GastroDays will showcase products, equipment, technologies and solutions for restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, bakeries, fast-food outlets and other HoReCa businesses.
A key feature of the spring edition will be the simultaneous staging of three exhibitions. WorldFood Ukraine, originally scheduled for October 2026, has been rescheduled for April 2027. Companies that had planned to exhibit in the autumn will be joined by new exhibitors, expanding the exhibition and broadening the range of products and solutions available to professional buyers.

This combination will allow GastroDays visitors to explore not only solutions for the restaurant industry but also offerings from food and beverage manufacturers, suppliers to the retail sector and providers of food processing equipment — all in a single visit.

Business Programme: CHEF Days 3.0 and Retail Vision ForumCHEF Days 3.0 will return to GastroDays for its third edition, bringing together professional chefs, restaurateurs and members of the gastronomic community.Meanwhile, Retail Vision Forum will take place as part of WorldFood Ukraine, focusing on current challenges and developments in food retail. The forum will bring together representatives of retail chains, manufacturers, suppliers and industry experts.
Safety and Uninterrupted Exhibition OperationsThe organisers place particular emphasis on the safety of exhibitors and visitors, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the exhibition.The IEC is equipped with a designated shelter, backup power supplied by generators, Wi-Fi access, a medical station staffed by a qualified healthcare professional and a tactical first-aid kit.These measures are designed to provide a safe and reliable environment for business activities and professional networking, even under challenging circumstances.
