Procedure for accrediting media representatives for the WorldFood GastroDays and Tea&Coffee exhibition
1. Accreditation of journalists and other media workers is regulated by Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Information’ (as amended in 2011).
2. Accreditation of media representatives is mandatory for journalists working at WorldFood GastroDays and Tea&Coffee exhibitions, regardless of their type and status.3. By getting accredited for the exhibition, the media rep agrees to put out a piece (announcement) about the exhibition and/or the events happening there in the publication they're accredited by.
4. Journalists who are not full-time or freelance employees of the media may also be accredited upon the recommendation of the media outlet.5. Advertising agencies and advertising departments of media outlets are not eligible for accreditation to the exhibition. They may visit the exhibition under the general terms and conditions for purchasing tickets.
6. Media representatives who violate the accreditation procedure and rules for visiting the https://gastrodays.com.ua/rules exhibition established by the organiser or safety rules may be deprived of accreditation and the right to enter the exhibition centre during the exhibition.7. To obtain accreditation, please fill out the accreditation form by clicking on the button below and selecting the event WorldFood GastroDays and Tea&Coffee Media Accreditation. After filling out the form, please wait for confirmation from the organisers. Once confirmed, your badge to visit the exhibition will be automatically sent to your email address.
8. Media accreditation for the exhibition ends two days before it begins.
